Book Your Sailing Holiday in 4 Easy Steps

1. Send Your Enquiry
Complete our enquiry form with your preferred dates, route and group details, then click SUBMIT. Our team will take care of the rest.

2. We Check Availability & Hold Your Spot
Our reservations team reviews your request and confirms availability for your selected gulet and sailing date. You’ll receive a personalised quotation by email, including passenger details, booking reference number, departure date and total price.
Your place will be held for you while you review the details.

3. Secure Your Place with a 30% Deposit
To confirm your booking, simply pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is paid on board at embarkation, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.
We accept international bank transfer, credit/debit cards and Wise (TransferWise) for secure international payments.

4. Receive Your Booking Confirmation
Once payment is made, please email us at info@smartsailing.co.uk
. We’ll send you a Confirmation Invoice showing your name, booking reference, departure date and the amount received.
If you’ve paid a deposit, the invoice will clearly state that the balance is payable on board, so there are no surprises later.
